Abstract This paper looks at the use of the Internet in combination with other traditional methodologies to collect data as part of BT¡¦s programme of customer satisfaction research amongst their very largest business customers around the world. In this paper we cover the issues we encountered in the setting up and design of this complex project and how we overcame them. We discuss the use of the Internet and BT Intranet to communicate and report on survey outputs, from individual interviews to summary and topic reports. The paper also discusses how survey results feed in to a web based Customer Loyalty model.
